Chicken Pesto Naan Panini
Description
Lavash gets even better when you grill it in a panini press–give it a try for today’s lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 piece Atoria’s Family Bakery Naan
- 1/2 oz. pesto sauce
- 2 oz. chicken, sliced*
- 1 1/2 oz. artichoke hearts
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 oz. sun dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. cheddar cheese, grated*
- 1 tbsp. Mozzarella cheese, grated*
Directions
- Preheat your panini press.
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over the Lavash sheet.
- Add the sliced chicken, artichoke hearts, diced onion and sundried tomatoes.
- Sprinkle cheddar and Mozzarella cheese evenly over all.
- Cook 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
