Thanksgiving Lavash Cups
Everyone knows Thanksgiving stuffing is better the next day–and Lavash cups make it even tastier!
- 3 sheets California Lavash
- 2 scallions, chopped
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut Lavash into quarters. Trim sides to make squares.
- Press and fold Lavash squares into a greased cupcake pan to form cups.
- Spoon leftover stuffing into cups.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Drizzle with gravy, sprinkle with scallion, and enjoy!
