Veggie and Hummus Lavash Sandwich
Lavash is the perfect, simple base of this tasty, vegan sandwich!
- 1 sheet California Lavash
- 2 tbsp. garlic hummus
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 5 leaves basil
- 5 slices roasted bell peppers
- 6–7 thin slices cucumber
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup olives
- Spread hummus on half of Lavash.
- Add arugula, basil, roasted bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Fold in half.
- Serving Size: 1 sandwich
