Ingredients

  • 1 sheet California Lavash
  • 2 tbsp. hummus
  • 3/4 cup spinach
  • 56 thin slices English cucumber
  • 34 tomato slices
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Directions

  1. Spread hummus along entire sheet of Lavash.
  2. Make parallel lines veggies.
  3. Wrap tightly, packing ingredients as you roll.
