Veggie and Cream Cheese Lavash Wrap
- 1 sheet Spinach California Lavash
- 2 tbsp. cream cheese
- 3/4 cup spinach
- 5–6 thin slices English cucumber
- 3–4 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Spread cream cheese along entire sheet of Lavash.
- Arrange veggies in parallel lines along the Lavash.
- Wrap tightly, packing ingredients as you roll.
